Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to plan, implement, and maintain all Microsoft, Snider applications and network infrastructure and projects. This role also has a responsibility to ensure the stable operation of the Snider Fleet computer network, office productivity, including network printer, OS, security, antivirus, and spam control measures. This person works with end users to analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer needs related to the Enterprise network in an effective and cost-efficient manner. In this role, the individual will also participate in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Office 365 Administration & Management:
- Manage the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other Office 365 services.
- Configure and maintain Office 365 services to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Maintain integrity of RingCentral phone system and Microsoft integration. Manage dial plans and extensions to ensure optimized service.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Printer technology and Microsoft integration networking software and hardware systems and related technologies.
- Monitor the health and performance of the Office 365 environment, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- User Setup, Support & Training:
- Serve as a senior point of contact for all junior helpdesk staff. Provide escalated support during outages and complex issues
- Provide technical support to end-users for Office 365-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
- Assist with onboarding and training new users on Office 365 tools and best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation for Office 365 processes and procedures.
- IT Helpdesk Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Office 365-related helpdesk requests.
- Respond to and resolve tickets related to Snider application services in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or other IT teams when necessary.
- Track, document, and report on support requests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Sharp Printer Support and Administration
- Provide technical support for Sharp printers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor performance and manage regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality
- Manage the papercut application to ensure setup and configuration.
- Manage printer firmware updates and ensure that all devices are running the latest software.
- Work with vendors and service providers to resolve hardware issues and repairs.
- Document printer setups and configurations for easy reference and training.
- Laptop & Desktop Operating Systems:
- Maintain and support company Camera and Alarm system to ensure they are secure, up-to-date, and functioning efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, security patches, and hardware upgrades.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new devices for locations.
- Audits & Refresh Projects:
- Support IT audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of hardware and software refresh projects, including inventory management and deployment.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and replace outdated equipment as part of the refresh cycle.
- Branch Locations Management:
- Manage new site startup services, equipment orders, and installation of equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and equipment, working with branch managers to build schedule and knowing when to go-live.
- Work close with vendors to order and deliver equipment.
- Go Onsite during build to design and go live.
- Manage sites that are closing. Disabling services and collecting equipment. Working with vendors to turn down services
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant IT systems experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of experience with point-of-sale or retail systems.
- Strong Microsoft desktop and server background; certifications a plus.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects.
- Enterprise-level incident management expertise.
- Proficiency in Group Policy and DNS design/configuration.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Skills and Abilities:
- Networking certifications or equivalent training preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current technologies.
- Experience with portable handheld devices is a plus.
- Customer-focused with strong technical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage vendor and consulting partnerships.
Working conditions: This position will be in our Fort Mill, SC office. The position will be in-office, 5 days a week. Most of the work will be performed at a desk in an office environment. There may be occasional visits to company or customer maintenance facilities that are industrial environments.
