Join Our Team as a Billing and Operations Support Specialist!
Snider Fleet Solutions is one of the largest commercial tire dealers and retread service providers in the nation. We are recognized as an industry leader for providing innovative outsourcing alternatives to both single truck customers and large multi-location trucking fleets.
We are currently seeking a team member who believes in the extra mile philosophy to fulfill our Billing and Operations Support Specialist role. The Billing and Operations Support Specialist will focus on estimating heavy-duty truck and trailer mechanical jobs, including parts and labor. This includes billing service tickets and requires significant time on the phone and computer communicating with vendors while maintaining constant communication with the mechanical team and customers.
NOTE: Schedule is onsite Tuesdays - Saturdays

Responsibilities:
Communicate and respond to customer needs promptly.
Schedule work efficiently based on employee skills and shop workload.
Manage customer/vendor calls related to AP/AR.
Ensure vehicle repairs follow proper methods and procedures.
Provide repair quotes by phone or email using standard pricing resources.
Order and acquire parts as needed.
Explain completed repairs clearly to customers.
Close cash tickets and/or secure POs from customers.
Demonstrate strong competency with all mechanical service billing.
Adhere to all safety programs and procedures.
Apply strong knowledge of Heavy-Duty VMRS codes.
Process and manage returns.
Education or Experience:
