**Job Summary:**
Snider Fleet Solutions, a leading commercial tire dealer and retread service provider, is seeking a Commercial Administrative Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide support to managers, employees, and visitors by handling various tasks to ensure positive and productive interactions within the organization. A genuine desire to meet the needs of others is essential for this role.

**Responsibilities:**
- Learn and communicate effectively about Snider Fleet Solutions products and services.
- Manage daily billing of invoices and process AP invoices following company procedures.
- Handle customer and vendor calls related to AP/AR.
- Assist in the monthly inventory process.
- Provide product and service information to customers over the phone and in person.
- Deliver excellent customer service by fielding incoming calls and addressing inquiries.
- Quote prices and offer product details.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry or a related management role.
- Familiarity with Paylocity and AS400 software is a plus.

**Skills and Abilities:**
- Solid organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software programs.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Competence in operating various office equipment including scanners, fax machines, calculators, copiers, etc.
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization and client base.
- Capable of meeting deadlines including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end requirements.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and manage time efficiently.
- Analytical skills for research, data interpretation, and information analysis.
- Experience in training and coaching in administrative practices.
- Knowledge of supplier-specific products.
