Join Our Team as a MOBILE Diesel Mechanic!

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ year of diesel mechanic experience
• Valid Class C Driver's License and insurable by company standards
• Federal Annual and Brake Inspector certification required (within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine diesel maintenance tasks
• Repair and maintain heavy duty trucks and/or trailers
• PM Inspection, brake job, brake chamber and slack adjuster replacement, wheel seal replacement and wheel end adjustment
• Examines all system parts looking for damage, excessive wear, loose bolts, broken welds, structural deficiencies, air leaks, oils leaks, stuck, frozen, or rusted parts, as well as safety devices on all types of trailers
• Accurately complete DOT forms and all other forms of documentation
• Follow safety protocols and company policies

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read technical manuals and instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service-oriented
• Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Pass background check and drug screen
