We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Branch Manager (commercial truck tire/diesel mechanics).

Qualifications:
• 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry (REQUIRED)
• 2+ years full P&L responsibility
• Strong analytical and business insight and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
• Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.)
• Ability to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management
•Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and growth
• Develop and implement strategies that promote teamwork and operational effectiveness
• Hire, train, and manage employees, fostering professional development and productivity
• Set strategic direction to drive branch performance and success
• Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute a sales plan for the location
