We are currently seeking a team member who believes in the “extra mile” philosophy to fulfill our Key Account Partner role.

The Key Account Partner’s primary objective is to provide support to all business aspects of Key Account customers on a regional basis. It is also the Key Account Partner’s responsibility is to ensure the proper execution of a client’s business plan. The Key Account Partner will provide support and take direction on Key Accounts from the Branch Manager and Key Account Manager.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

  • Adheres to all policies, procedures, and values of Snider Fleet Solutions.
  • Manage the required daily or monthly tasks as defined in the client’s plan.
  • Execute and manage Tire Check inspections
  • Audit and maintain Service Level Agreements for Key Account
  • Audit and adjust rack inventories
  • Conduct Bib Tread reporting
  • Inventory management/analysis
  • Conduct scheduled scrap tire analysis
  • Ensure reporting requirements are met according to client’s plan
  • Makes regular onsite customer visits
  • Assists Key Account Manager in program design and updates.
  • Conducts internal process audits to ensure compliance
      • Invoicing
      • Purchase Order processing
      • Delivery specifications (air pressure, tagging, timing, etc.)

This position is based at the company’s corporate office. The majority of this position will consist of normal office tasks and interaction amongst peers and Snider branches. Overnight and out of market travel to other Snider locations and customers is less than 25%. When traveling to Snider locations, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts/equipment, fumes, or airborne particles, and the noise level is usually moderate to high.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Education or Experience:

    • 5+ years experience Commercial Tire Industry
    • BS Degree preferred
    • TIA Certification required

Certificates and Licenses:

    • Commercial Tire products
    • Full understanding of the retread process
    • Scrap Tire analysis
    • Understanding of the Trucking Industry
    • LTL, TL, Waste, Food & Beverage, etc.

Skills and Abilities:

    • Must have strong experience in Microsoft Office product suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
    • PDF writer a plus
    • o Must have strong organizational skills, time management skills, and close attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to interact with all levels within the client’s organization.
    • Ability to work well within a team (branch & plant manager, DSA, service manager, etc.)
    • Ability to work independently within minimal supervision.
    • Sensitivity to confidential matters.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints.
    • Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities.
    • Maintain valid driver’s license
