Position: Commercial Tire Sales Representative
Location: Birmingham, AL (multiple locations hiring)
Job Summary:
Snider Fleet Solutions seeks an aggressive and autonomous hunter with sales and service experience in the commercial truck segment. As Commercial Sales Representative you will be responsible for increasing customer loyalty through the creation and nurturing of B2B relationships and consistently going the "extra mile".

Qualifications:
· 2+ years of field sales experience with proven closing skills
· 2+ years of experience in the commercial truck service and shop industry (required)
· Ability to analyze customer programs; maximizing profitability and customer experience
· Clear understanding of and ability to execute sales cycle/process
· Excellent MS Office skills
· Valid Class C Driver's License or state(s) equivalent and must be insurable to drive by company standards
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for prospecting and developing new commercial business and managing day-to-day sales plan
· Develop systems and processes that drive sales and develop long term relationships with customers
· Conduct fleet need evaluations and provide customers with cost analysis and benefits
· Ensure prompt resolution of tire adjustments; that casings are handled appropriately
· Responsible for executing client delivery schedules, proper loading and unloading, and obtaining required paperwork
· Manage proper inventory stocking levels and deliver tires to customers as needed
