**Job Summary:**
As a Retread Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the retreading process for tires, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of retread technicians. You will work closely with the production team to schedule and prioritize work orders, maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in tire retreading is a plus
- Proven experience in tire retreading, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of tire retreading equipment and processes
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality orientation
