Liftline Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a team member who believes in the “extra mile” philosophy to fulfill our Liftline Customer Service Representative role.

This position will be responsible for performing the daily duties and functions of the LiftLine Customer Service Center with a primary focus involving the areas of Customer Service, Vendor Relations, and Inside Sales. The CSR will work under the direction of the LiftLine Branch Manager to achieve optimal customer satisfaction while achieving key metrics performance goals and objectives. In this role, the CSR will follow daily operations, processes, and procedures to ensure quality control and utilize a best practice approach to maximize sales and profitability potential. The CSR responsibilities include but are not limited to: curating quotes, processing work orders and managing billing for all industrial and specialty sales customers.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

  • Adheres to all policies, procedures, and values of Snider Fleet Solutions.
  • Work closely with customers and vendors to actively pursue and deliver increased customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the team’s performance as a unit for maximum productivity and profitability.
  • Work closely with the LiftLine team members to achieve the goals and objectives of the division and the company. Actively engage and network with Vendors.
  • Work to reach short and long-term operational goals for the business units and the individual.
  • Participate and contribute to the implementation of changes, process improvements, or enhancements.
  • Maintain a focus on the needs of our internal and external customers and support them accordingly.
  • Participate fully in a culture committed to customer care that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Program and data entry for the Liftline Branch.
  • Participate in or attend associate, customer, vendor, and company meetings, as needed.
  • Focus on continuous development of personal and professional skills.

This position is based at the company’s administrative office. The majority of this position will consist of normal office tasks and interaction amongst peers and Snider branches.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Education or Experience:

  • Associate's Degree in Business or other related fields; four-year degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
  • At least two years’ experience in high volume customer service center/office.
  • Experience within the tire, forklift/material handling industry similar industry not required but preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and operate other software (AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.)
  • Must have strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail.
  • Reliable and dependable with self-initiative.
  • Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and time constraints.
  • Ability to use all necessary office equipment, scanner, facsimile machines, calculators, postage machines, copiers, etc.
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base.
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities.
  • Requires the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and business insight.
  • Must be a team player and collaborate with all departments, employees, and external business partners.
  • Ability to follow up and manage accountability for goals and commitments.
  • Ability to develop systems and processes that drive specific objective and outcomes.
